We know now through the explosion of various healing modalities such as Access Bars and a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection that trauma stored in the mind-body can be resolved as quickly as it started.

More and more studies, some reaching back 30 years, show us that changing consciousness is a powerful way to heal our bodies, mind and emotions. When we can delete old ‘programmes’ that no longer serve us, or change the ‘programme’, we change the chemistry and functionality of the body.

We may still have the memories, but how we feel about them can be altered, thus altering our present and future for the better.

What is Access Bars?

Access Bars™ is an energetic body process, which consists of having 32 points of your head gently touched and held. These points contain the magnetic imprint of thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions and limitations you have stored in your lifetime. By ‘running your bars’, the treatment dissipates the electromagnetic component of thoughts, feelings and emotions and gently releases anything that doesn’t allow you to receive. Another way of thinking about it would be imagining your brain as a computer. Running your bars would delete any unwanted files and so free up space on your hard drive. When you reboot your memories with Access Bars you can reduce stress, fear and worry, and increase health, wealth and happiness, creativity and enjoyment of life, thus bringing calm to your body, mind, emotions and daily life.

Access Bars and the mind-body connection

According to the journal Science, “Epigenetics is the study of heritable changes in gene expression (active versus inactive genes) that do not involve changes to the underlying DNA sequence — a change in phenotype without a change in genotype — which in turn affects how cells read the genes.” To put it more simply the science of epigenetics is discovering what external and environmental factors turn our genes on and off.

Why is this important? DNA inheritance or genetic determinism is no longer the complete picture when it comes to how we can affect our own health and wellbeing. Our minds have the power – and our bodies the ability – to create epigenetic (above the genes) changes in our mind-body.

When it comes to environmental or extracellular factors or signals, our thoughts are one of the most important signals there are. Habitual or powerfully felt thoughts can turn genes on and off, producing stress responses or healing responses. In other words, our intention and state of consciousness can change our gene expression. We are rewriting our gene expression in every moment, through our choices of what we think, say and do. We encode new pathways in our brain, with the attendant change to our physiology all the time. Our emotional and mental environment, which we each create as individuals, is one of the primary signals that turn genes on or off in our cells. The magnetic human energy field too, has been studied and shown to exist around the human body and there is medical equipment now making use of this magnetic field to study brainwave activity, for example.

When we consciously or unconsciously hold on to what is holding us back, we will keep experiencing the same reality. When we can let go of what is holding us back, and have new thoughts and feelings about what is happening in our lives, we can begin to create new experiences and a new reality for ourselves, one that includes health, wellbeing, calm, happiness, financial stability – whatever we choose. Running the bars by dissipating the magnetic component of our thoughts and feelings related to trauma or stress, allows us to stop experiencing over and over that which we don’t want to experience and to open up to new possibilities.

Access Bars™ is a very relaxing process, a tool stemming from Access Consciousness, which is a different point of view about life. It allows you to change that which you have been unable to change and create all that you wish to create in a different and easier way. What can a client expect from an Access Bars session

For the entire process of an Access Bars session, the client lies down, face up and fully clothed.
To start the process, the practitioner will start pulling energy through the client’s body and from then on, the session will be focused on the head with the practitioner lightly touching various points.
Access Bars™ sessions typically last for 60–90 minutes.
